Before joining Torys, Andrew was legal counsel and Director of Contracts and Risks at Shannex Incorporated and, prior to his time at Shannex, was the General Counsel at LED Roadway Lighting Ltd.

From 2001 to 2010, Andrew served as Atlantic Canada's Regional Admissions Liaison for Brown University.

Andrew is a member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
