We are pleased to announce that managing partner of the Montréal office Sylvie Rodrigue, Ad. E. has been recognized at Legal Media Group (LMG) Life Sciences Americas Awards as Canadian Product Liability Attorney of the Year.
This is the second time that Sylvie has been awarded this honor—the first time was in 2017. LMG has also previously ranked her a Life Sciences Star in product liability. Sylvie’s broad litigation practice and extensive experience defending class actions across Canada has garnered industry-wide recognition over the years, including as Benchmark Litigation’s Product Liability Litigator of the Year, Canadian Law Awards’ Litigator of the Year, and WXN’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award. In 2014, Sylvie was awarded the designation of Advocatus Emeritus by the Québec Bar, a distinction awarded to only a few legal practitioners each year.
