Torys welcomes new Scholar in Residence

We are delighted to announce that Professor Nouman Ashraf has joined the firm as Scholar in Residence.

Nouman is a leading expert and facilitator of dialogues focusing on inclusive leadership and effective teaming. He has taught in the firm‘s Rotman-Torys Business Leadership Program for a number of years.

Nouman's approach combines rigorous evidence-based frameworks with down-to-earth, practical and engaging presentation and dialogue. We are excited to be collaborating with him across a variety of engagements relating to leadership and organizational development, as well as receiving his insight on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

In addition to being a tenured associate professor teaching in the Organizational Behaviour stream, Nouman was also the inaugural Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the Rotman School of Management.
