IJGlobal recognizes Torys deal at 2023 North America Awards

We are pleased to share the Greenfield Energy Center project, on which the firm advised, was named winner of the North America Power Deal of the Year at the IJGlobal Awards.

Torys acted as counsel to Calpine in the refinancing of the 1,038 MW Greenfield Energy Centre located in Sarnia, Ontario, the largest natural gas-fired combined cycle power facility in Canada.
