The co-founder of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Food and Drug Regulatory practices, Eileen McMahon, was named Regulatory Attorney of the Year—Canada. This award is a testament to Eileen’s deep legal acumen and market-leading experience advising companies across the life sciences sector on complex regulatory issues.
Finally, Torys also received the Impact Deal of the Year—Canada award for its counsel to Sun Life Financial Inc. in acquiring Dialogue Health Technologies Inc., Canada’s premier virtual healthcare and wellness platform. Led by Rima Ramchandani, the Torys team advised Sun Life through the $365 million acquisition, in which Sun Life indirectly acquired all issued and outstanding common shares of Dialogue.
