Bloomberg ranks Torys #1 in one category for FY 2024

Torys has been ranked number 1 by Bloomberg in its Global Legal Advisors League Tables for FY 2024.

Bloomberg ranked Torys number 1 in the Canada Corporate Bonds: Legal Adviser - Issuer Ranked by Deal Count table, after completing 32 deals.

Notable capital markets deals completed in Q4 2024 include:

• Loblaw Companies in its C$400 million private placement of 3.564% senior unsecured notes due 2029
• BMO Nesbitt Burns, Scotia Capital, TD Securities and the syndicate of agents in Bruce Power L.P.’s C$600 million private placement of 4.27% senior unsecured notes, Series 2024-2
• Fairfax Financial in its C$700 million public offerings of senior unsecured notes

In addition, Torys is the only Canadian law firm recognized in two categories Bloomberg’s Singapore Dollar Bonds table. Torys was recognized in the following two categories:
