Mitch Frazer named Chancellor of Ontario Tech University

Torys is proud to announce Pensions and Employment practice Chair Mitch Frazer has been named the Chancellor of Ontario Tech University.

Effective May 1, Mitch becomes the fourth Chancellor of the Oshawa-based institution where he will preside over the Convocation and confers all degrees, honorary degrees and certificates and diplomas on behalf of the university.
