Mark Bain reelected as chair of The CCPPP for the fourth consecutive year

We would like to congratulate Mark Bain who has been reelected to serve as chair of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) for the fourth consecutive year.

Mark—who is the head of Torys’ Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) practice, and co-head of the firm’s Infrastructure practice—has been on the CCPPP board of directors since 2000. He is consistently recognized as one of Canada’s leading infrastructure and project finance lawyers, and has acted on more than 80 major PPP transactions.

CCPPP works with all levels of government, Indigenous communities and the private sector to promote innovative and sustainable solutions that help build and maintain state-of-the-art public infrastructure projects.
