Overview
Vince’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on renewable energy, seniors housing and transit infrastructure. He regularly acts for private equity funds, REITs, institutional lenders, developers and government organizations on a wide range of matters, including large single-asset or portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, project finance, construction and development, secured lending and leasing. He also advises on the real estate components of large-scale M&A transactions and securities law matters.

Professional Involvement
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Vince worked in the corporate banking sector, where he provided strategic advice to clients for their business growth and offered financial products to support their operations. Vince also founded an event marketing and production company. His work ranged from producing creative marketing campaigns to negotiating with various sponsors to provide cost-effective solutions for his clients.
During law school, Vince served as the Vice President of both the Business Law Society and the Italian Law Students Organization.
Before joining Torys, Vince worked in the commercial real estate group at a Bay Street law firm.
