Before joining Torys, Morgan was an independent contractor to an industry leader in generative AI for law and discovery review counsel to a Toronto-based boutique eDiscovery practice.

Morgan is a member of the Legal Futures Subcommittee at the Canadian Bar Association and is Vice-Chair of the Women Lawyers Forum at the Canadian Bar Association, Nova Scotia Branch. Morgan has volunteered with numerous organizations in the community including the Dalhousie Alumni Association, Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia and Lawyers Without Borders.

Morgan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Canadian International Council, International Association of Privacy Professionals, and Association of E-Discovery Specialists.
