Daniela’s practice focuses on tax law. She has experience advising clients in their transactional, investment and project work, advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions and investment structures in the United States and Colombia.

Daniela has an academic background in constitutional and tax law, and also brings a depth of knowledge and experience on Latin America including international tax law, economics and the relationship between financial institutions and governments.

Daniela is fluent in Spanish and English.
