Join us for this three-part series as we speak with industry leaders about trends and developments in climate-related litigation, evolving climate-related disclosure standards and the future of the carbon markets.
The expected November 12 Dutch Court of Appeal decision in Friends of the Earth v. Royal Dutch Shell is set to have serious implications for Canadian business, regardless of the outcome. It’s pivotal that business leaders decision makers understand the consequences of the decision and prepare for knock-on effects accordingly.
