E. and Partner Sarah Whitmore will speak at the Perfect Law: Global Class Actions and Mass Torts Conference taking place April 24-25 in London, England. The conference will bring together global legal and litigation leaders to share and discuss innovative insights, trends, and developments.
Sylvie will speak on the panel “Forum Shopping” on April 24 at 4:15 p.m. The panel will explore predictions for the future of class actions, defence tactics on jurisdictional matters and if U.K.-based citizens can join an action in the U.S.
Sarah will speak on the panel “Ethical Issues in Class Actions” on April 25 at 4:15 p.m. The panel will examine the communication between the defence and the class members during the trial.
