A highly experienced capital markets practitioner, Andrew (Andy) Beck has a long track record advising on domestic and international debt and equity offerings and M&A deal activity.
Andy’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law in the area of public and private financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a wealth of experience working with clients on their domestic and international debt and equity financings, handling initial public offerings and Rule 144A offerings, as well as advising on acquisitions and divestitures of both public and private businesses.
In addition, Andy supports institutional investors and private equity funds in fund investments and co-investments, including advising on Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act compliance matters.
