Danielle practices corporate/commercial law with a focus on complex technology transactions. Danielle regularly advises clients on commercial transactions involving technology development, outsourcing, procurement and the licensing and conveyancing of hardware, software and other intellectual property. She works with a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, government entities, technology service providers, retail companies and insurance companies.
Danielle is fluent in French.
Before joining Torys, Danielle worked as legal counsel with the Department of Justice, where her practice focused on technology and intellectual property law in the context of complex military procurement. Prior to that, she articled at the Social Security Tribunal.
During law school, Danielle volunteered with the Personal Support Unit assisting self-represented litigants.
