Emily’s practice focuses on corporate law and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advising Canadian pension funds and their asset managers on structuring investments and other activities to comply with the pension fund’s unique governing legislation and applicable Canadian pension legislation. She has been involved in a wide range of M&A transactions, private placements and public equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings.

Emily provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law obligations.
