Vanessa’s practice focuses on a wide range of Canadian and international income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, public debt and equity offerings, corporate reorganizations, charity and not-for-profit taxation, and commodity tax matters.

Professional Involvement
While pursuing her law degree, Vanessa worked as a research assistant, where she assisted with government free speech policies and government legislation. She also served as an executive member of the Business Law Association and a staff editor for Western Journal of Legal Studies at Western University.
