Nick’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience acting for targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including asset and stock transactions, auction transactions, joint ventures and minority investments.

In addition, Nick has broad experience with private equity fundraising, acting regularly for both private equity fund sponsors in their fund formations and for pension plans and other institutional investors in their investments into private equity funds.
