Krista Hill is widely recognized as an industry leader in infrastructure and energy M&A, privatizations and joint ventures/partnerships, both in Canada and internationally.
Krista is the co-head of the Infrastructure and Energy practice, as well as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Krista has deep experience in complex, innovative, first-of-kind transactions and projects. With robust insight into all types of energy projects and infrastructure asset classes, she regularly leads large teams working to advance significant projects and transactions. Krista was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, where she taught on energy and natural resources law. She is also a member of the University of Toronto Law Alumni Association Council, an organization which provides advice to the Dean of the Law School.
Krista speaks frequently at M&A, infrastructure and energy conferences and is a past executive member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Natural Resources and Energy section. In addition, she is a director of the Canadian Nuclear Law Organization.
Krista serves as the Chair of The York School, a Canadian Accredited Independent School (CAIS), located in Toronto. She also serves as a director of Rainbow Railroad, an organization dedicated to assisting LGBTQI refugees seeking a safe haven in order to escape violence or persecution in their home countries.
