Michael’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and private equity transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. He has a particular focus on the mining and metals sector, with experience in inter-jurisdictional transactions and royalty and streaming finance transactions.
