Rachael Jastrzembski creates tailored plans for document preservation, collection, review and production. She also supports the firm’s litigation department in developing and implementing eDiscovery best practices, workflows and guidelines to maximize efficiencies and reduce client costs, as well as training and development, technology utilization and vendor engagement.
Rachael assists Torys’ litigation law clerk group on a variety of employment defence class actions, workplace investigations, data privacy, cyber security and construction matters. She has extensive experience with document intensive files involving intricate corporate/commercial disputes.
Rachael is a member of various legal industry organizations, including the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, Sedona Canada, Working Group 7, Relativity User Group Steering Committee, Women in eDiscovery, International Legal Technology Association and ACEDS.
