Sukesh Kamra leads the firm’s Knowledge and Innovation team, overseeing a cadre of Practice Innovation lawyers and professionals, alongside the Library Services and Technology Learning and Development teams across all offices. In this pivotal position, Sukesh bears the responsibility of spearheading our initiatives aimed at achieving the pinnacle of operational efficiency. He accomplishes this through the strategic utilization of people, content, innovative technologies and the meticulous application of processes designed to optimize the delivery of legal services.
With an illustrious and award-winning career spanning over two decades, Sukesh is an adept architect of novel frameworks and approaches. His primary focus is on capturing and disseminating knowledge within our organizational fabric, benefiting both our internal stakeholders and clients.
Sukesh holds a yellow belt certification in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management.

He also sits on the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is a certified mental health first aid officer.
