Alexandra’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in a number of areas, including corporate/commercial disputes, class actions, and employment law. She has appeared as counsel in domestic arbitrations and at various levels of court, including before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Prior to joining Torys, Alexandra spent a summer working at a business law firm in Toronto, assisting on commercial litigation matters.
Alexandra is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Advocates’ Society and Young Women in Law. She is also a member of the OBA Access to Justice Committee.
Alexandra has volunteered with the Laws in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
In law school, Alexandra received a Professional Excellence Award and was ranked in the top 2% of her class. She also won the 2019 Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot and was awarded the Best Defence Factum of the Moot. Alexandra was the Lead Teaching Assistant for the Windsor Law Academic Success Program, and volunteered on various committees. She was also a founding student clinician of Windsor Law’s Class Action Clinic.
