Clare Mauro is a senior member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Clare specializes in litigation technology and is responsible for the oversight of litigation law clerks and the delivery of ediscovery services at Torys. Clare works closely with our lawyers to develop and implement the best combination of legal processes, project management and technology to deliver efficient legal services to our clients that reflect Torys’ high quality standard.
Clare has over 15 years of experience working in legal research and knowledge management. She is the author of Researching Quebec Law: Insights for Common Law Practitioners (Thomson Reuters, 2015).
Clare is a member of various legal industry organizations, including the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists and Women in E-Discovery.
She was a regular instructor at the iSchool Institute at University of Toronto for many years and has been a sessional instructor at the Faculty of Information and Media Studies at the University of Western Ontario.
