Meghan is an experienced M&A and private equity lawyer, and regularly advises corporate clients, private equity firms and pension plans in their domestic and cross-border transactions. Meghan’s practice spans a wide range of industries and includes strategic M&A, management and leveraged buyouts, majority and minority equity investments, consortium transactions and co-investments, divestitures, joint ventures, shareholders arrangements, equity and debt financing and transaction structuring.
Meghan’s pro bono work includes representing clients seeking asylum in the United States on the basis of sexual orientation. She serves on the Leadership Council of Stonewall Quarter Share, an initiative of New York City’s Stonewall Community Foundation.
While in law school, Meghan was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, editor for the Brendan Moore Advocates Trial Advocacy Team and an executive board member of Fordham OUTLaws, the school’s LGBT student association.
