Lynne Rollo oversees the Human Resources function across the firm. In this role, Lynne provides leadership to a team of professionals who are responsible for the attraction, engagement, development and retention of administrative professionals. This includes employment-related legislative compliance and policy development and the design and delivery of HR programs that foster an environment reflective of the firm’s culture. Lynne and her team are also responsible for the legal support services provided to legal professionals.
Lynne has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She is a member of the Diversity Committee, co-leads Torys’ Wellness program, is a wellness navigator and has completed the Queen’s University Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate.
