Steven’s practice focuses on corporate law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He has experience advising private equity firms and pension plans in domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries, including leveraged buyouts, majority and minority investments, consortium transactions, co-investments, divestitures, joint ventures and shareholders arrangements.
