Rhoda is Torys’ Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), leading the strategic direction of the firm’s DEI mandate as well as oversight on day-to-day operations. Rhoda is a leader in DEI and specializes in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that align with and advance the firm’s values, culture and goals.

Rhoda works closely with Torys’ legal professionals, practice leaders and internal stakeholders to foster a culture of respect, collaboration and collegiality for all of our people. Rhoda provides strategic guidance for the firm’s DEI Committee, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and advises on external DEI matters.
