Alison’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented both issuers and investment banks in a wide range of public equity and debt offerings and private placements. Alison also provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and securities law obligations.
