Sophia Tolias leads the firm's marketing and business development across all offices. She is responsible for developing and executing marketing and business development initiatives to advance firm strategy and strengthen client relationships.

Specifically, Sophia oversees the firm's branding, thought leadership, client relationship programs, pitches and proposals, and communications and media relations activities. Sophia brings 25 years of deep understanding of the legal services industry to her role through her prior experience as a corporate lawyer in major global law firms in Canada and the United Kingdom.
