James (Jim) Tory is a trusted advisor to boards and companies on their most sensitive and high-profile disputes, with extensive experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial matters before all levels of court and the Ontario Securities Commission.
Jim practises litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on shareholder and boardroom disputes. He has substantial experience in all levels of court, in the Ontario Securities Commission and in commercial arbitrations and mediations.
