With a background in business and a history of working with clients on transformative and award-winning major infrastructure projects, Josh provides comprehensive, commercial-minded counsel to clients on their large-scale and high-profile projects across Canada and the United States.
With a dual call in Ontario and New York, Josh advises clients on commercial agreements for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of major infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects on both sides of the Canada / U.S. border.
Josh works with project participants spanning the infrastructure ecosystem—representing government authorities, developers, construction contractors, service providers, lenders and underwriters—on all aspects of development and financing transactions across the spectrum of social and economic infrastructure, including healthcare, broadband, transit and transportation, water and wastewater, education and power.
