Jonathan has extensive experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors and pension funds in connection with credit facilities, high-yield note offerings and other debt financings. He also frequently collaborates with the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and private equity groups on leverage buyouts and a wide range of acquisition financings.

His broad experience includes the financing of large infrastructure and renewable energy projects in the United States, Canada and Latin America, as well as green and ESG-linked loans and bonds.
