Nicole is an intellectual property lawyer specializing in trademark law, including trademark clearance, prosecution, opposition and licensing. She has experience assisting with the prosecution and management of large national and international trademark portfolios and the enforcement of trademark rights.
Nicole is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent and was awarded the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s Education Foundation Prize for achieving the highest mark overall on the 2016 Canadian Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination.

Nicole is currently an active committee member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has served on other INTA committees for the past five years. She is also an active member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, having held roles on various committees over the years.
Nicole has also volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
During law school, Nicole earned a Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law. She received the Alibe C. Flynn Memorial Scholarship for achieving the highest academic standing in the Concentration.
