We are delighted to announce that the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management P3 Project that the firm advised on has won the Climate Adaption Award at IJGlobal ESG Awards 2022.
This project is the first PPP flood management project in North America. Led by Tara Mackay, Josh Van Deurzen and Jessica Ho-Wo-Cheong, Torys acted as counsel to Red River Valley Alliance as the successful proponent to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a flood control project on the Red River that borders North Dakota and Minnesota.
