Torys is pleased to share that partner and chair of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice Linda Plumpton has been named a Top 50 Trial Lawyer by Benchmark Litigation for the fifth consecutive time.
Linda is an exceptional litigator and whose esteemed counsel is highly sought after by clients. Over the years, she has built a stellar reputation and has been honoured by the legal community several times, including being elected for the Ontario Bar Association’s 2023 Award of Excellence in Civil Litigation, being named Litigation Lawyer of the Year at the Chambers Canada 2021 Awards, receiving the Women’s Executive Network’s 2020 Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award, being named Ontario Litigator of the Year at the Benchmark Litigation 2020 Canada Awards, and her admission to the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2019.
