Hailey oversees the design, development and execution of the professional development and continuing legal education programming and initiatives of the firm’s legal professionals across all offices, including milestone training programs, practice-specific training and core professional skills training.

Professional Involvement
Hailey is the chair of the Jewish Professionals Employee Resource Group at Torys.
Hailey previously mentored underprivileged youth facing systemic barriers to success by volunteering with Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS), and worked as the Summer Jobs Program Coordinator for LAWS during law school. Hailey has also spearheaded charitable initiatives in support of the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation and the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
Hailey was formerly a senior associate in Torys’ Financial Services Regulatory group.
